Right of Withdrawal

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you might need to return an item so as long as your product is returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or refund it for you

 

Start by sending us an email with your invoice or receipt number for us to cross reference.

 

Provide a brief over view of why you wish to return the product so we can watch for similar trends and work to rectify the issue.

 

We will either email or phone you to confirm the exchange or refund process that best suits you.

 

If you are returning an item please ensure all elements of the item are present and its in its original packaging.

 

All items can be returned and refunded within 30 days. After 30 days Team Yarace has the right to refuse a full or partial refund if evidence warrants such a stand.
